Shipping Items and risks of item-s going missing
Pod + Pod takes customers satisfactions seriously and aims to deliver item-s to you with methods agreed to the delivery address you have provided to us in your order within the time set out in the dispatch email but please note that we cannot give an exact delivery date and time, and can not guarantee arrivals as this is now out of our control. If item-s have not delivered within 10 days of receiving the dispatch email or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you or alternatively we can send out the item-s again once the missing item-s are found.
Once the item-s were handed to delivery partners and companies we are no longer the owners of those item-s, the ownership and any risks involved will automatically be passed on to you,
